Crane Radio Controls

Today's remote control crane systems allow operators to perform operations that are impossible with a traditional pendant control system, such as running cranes in tandem. Remote control systems were once an expensive upgrade but are now comparably priced to a wired pendant system. Because the operator isn't tethered to the overhead crane by a pendant, he or she can maintain a safe distance from the load and others.

Panther Radio System

Panther Radio Control Systems is the most advanced and versatile system to date. It uses the worldwide accepted 2.4GHz frequency, providing a range of up to 1600ft (line of sight). Panther makes customization and technology a priority with interference-free operation. Hardware is available with standard system configuration or custom software to meet your specific requirements. Available with relay, transistor, and analog output cards in addition to digital inputs, Panther receivers offer a broad variety of functionality to adapt our radio remote control to your specific application. Transmitters range in size from sub-compact with 3-Buttons, to robust units with 10-Buttons (single and two-step with or without E-STOP). Pushbuttons/relays may be mapped to adapt to your control needs. Panther systems can be adapted to all standard overhead crane applications with one transmitter operating up to four separate cranes independently, a useful feature when several people must control the same application.

Tiger G2 Radio System

Tiger G2 Radio Systems is the most advanced and versatile system to date. It uses the worldwide accepted 2.4GHz frequency, providing a range of up to 1600ft (line of sight). The G2 makes customization and technology a priority with interference-free operation. Hardware is available with standard system configuration or custom software to meet your specific requirements. Available with relay, transistor, and analog output cards in addition to digital inputs, The G2 receivers offer a broad variety of functionality to adapt our radio remote control to your specific application. Transmitters range in size from sub-compact with 6-Buttons, to robust units with 10-Buttons (single and two-step with or without E-STOP). Pushbuttons/relays may be mapped to adapt to your control needs. The G2 systems can be adapted to all standard overhead crane applications.

T60 Radio System

T6o Radio Controls give you a wide and varied product range of user-friendly and cost-effective radio remote controls. The functionality of the T60 transmitters is varied and versatile to be configured to your machine needs. You can choose between 1, 3, 6 or 8 buttons and the transmitter is CE, FCC and IC approved. The T60 product range contains several sized transmitters, from single-buttoned pocket size to larger transmitters up to 15 buttons. Stop buttons, on/off switches, and displays are optional. There is also a large supply of receivers between 1, 3, 4, or 8 relays. In addition to receivers with a high IP classification, you will also find PCB and plug-in receivers as well as a model made for mounting on a DIN rail.

T20 Radio System

Systems T20 radio controls are suitable for controlling applications that require up to 3 functions, where each function is used separately. For example, a T20 radio system is ideal for opening or closing a door or turning a lamp on and off. They uniquely are able to use multiple transmitters and receivers together. With the T20, you can control up to 1,000 objects with the same transmitter. If more than one person is to control the application, you can program up to 60 transmitters for one receiver. T20 transmits at 433.92 or 869.85 MHz. It is a cost-effective and easy-to-use system that is easy to install.
